IC-Ep 2-Comparing Notes(Story/Elizabeth/Lucius/Brook)

Dunwich Museum- Dunwich, England
1:30 PM - Thursday, September 5, 1985

Story and his companions stood outside the museum, where they had the chance to talk in private, while the others who had left the museum went down the street to the Ship Inn.

[Thorn]

"Did you want to talk to Lucius in private, Story? I guess Elisabeth and I can head on to the Inn, if you do. The only thing we've found out, except some of the local history, is that mr. Soames' brother was killed by a mob after killing captain Josiah Lake." Brook shrugs a little, trying to think of anything else. "Oh, and those other visitors are fishy. One of them snuck into the office or something. They're investigating that doctor that's vanished. Valerie something."

Lucius nodded, "I agree. I get the sensation that they are here much for the same reason we are, although they have a better idea of why they are here than we do." The Roman smirked, "We always seem to be investigating things backwards. Is that common with time travel?" He shrugged off the rhetoric question and stated, "I think it is a good idea if we team up with them. They're obviously not from around here, and thus... are not affiliated with the local politics."

"Yes, and they seem willing to team up," says Elizabeth. "At the very least we could compare notes with them later at the inn, which might reveal something to our advantage."

Lucius nodded, saying "And if we find we need to confront some creatures from the sea in order to get the TARDIS back, it couldn't hurt having a little extra backup."

"Private? No, not really. Just didn't want to hold you up from getting a free meal." Story smiles at Brook. "So...they're investigating the disappearance of Valerie Kirby. Zeke told me she planning on going diving to explore the sunken building. He also said he warned her, much like he warned me. He said the water isn't safe, especially diving and if you ask too many questions bad things tend to happen once word gets back to the Lake family. According to Zeke word will most definitely get back to them as the townsfolk seem to enjoy gossip."

As was his custom Story ran his hand back and forth through his hair as he exhaled then laughs at Lucius' time travel comment. "That does seem to be the hand typically dealt to us and you're right...teaming up with these other outsiders may not be such a bad idea...safety in numbers and all that." Looks in the direction of the sea. "Lets just hope we manage to get the TARDIS back."

[Thorn]

"Let's go talk to them then," Brook says, and smiles.

Story turns his attention to Brook and nods his agreement.

"Agreed," says Elizabeth, smiling brightly at the others.

The Tardis crew heads back to the Inn, I guess
