3rd FLOOR.
5 Rooms: each with a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside cabinet and an ensuite.
Multiple offices.
Several soundproofed rooms.
Communications Suite.
2nd FLOOR
Medical Bay: 30 beds, 5 stretchers. Medical Supplies: 12 months worth. 90% (on a roll of 90% or below, they got it).
Laboratory: Chemical, biological, botanical, etc. 55% chance they have required equipment for analysis.
Hydroponics: Enough to keep 6 people going indefinitely.
1st FLOOR.
20 Dorm Rooms: each with two sets of bunk beds, four lockers, two foot lockers, a writing desk with a computer. Public toilets down the hall.
Small Firing Range.
Back-up Armoury. Ammunition Supplies: 6 months worth.
Security Suite.
Mess: 40 personnel.
Kitchen/Store Rooms: 3 months of food (not including perishables)
GROUND FLOOR.
Barricades.
Filing Rooms.

Generator: 4 weeks worth of fuel.
