NPCs

Just so we can keep them all straight I will be adding the NPCs here as we go along. That way we all know who I'm talking about when I'm talking about them and it'll make it easier for those players who don't have Mr. Handy's eidetic memory to recall who the various people are that are important in their characters' lives. Feel free to add your own NPCs for your memory (and mine) from your character's history.
