OOC talk : Horror on the Orient Express

Post by G-Returner »

OOC (Out of Character) talk

Ok everyone, we are ready to start!

IMPORTANT RULE for the IC (In Character) talk:

When you make OOC comments in the IC thread, try and remember to do so using spoiler tags. Like this:
Spoiler:
This is an OOC comment :)
You do it by typing: [spoiler*]your OOC message[/spoiler] (but without the *)

This way, only the IC talk will appear by default in the IC thread, making it a lot more pleasant to read.

Please check your character sheets and make sure everything is correct. Also, if you can find a suitable photo for your character (like Luigi), feel free to show me it so I can add it to your sheet.

The introductory IC thread will be posted tomorrow.

This thread, as the name implies, is the thread for all your OOC comments, chatter, rants, questions, etc.

Wow....another Orient Express game. Too bad you guys didn't join The Last Express....we needed players there as some very key ones disappeared.

Ah well....I suppose it'll be fun to read along as it's the same module but could be played very differently. Cheers!

Hi Trixie! I think that nobody who will play this game, was here when the other was being played, so we have a good excuse ;)

Indeed, I offer my 11 (12 after this) posts to this site as proof. You're up to 2819 Trixie, so are there any campaigns you haven't finished on here

We have been joined by Normski, who will play George Smith, distant nephew of Prof.Julius Smith. His background is available on his character sheet.

He will be introduced to the story soon.

This brings the total number of invesigators to six, meaning our team is now full. Which is good for you since you'll need all the help you can get :D

In case everyone's being quiet because I hadn't replied to Howard saying he hoped it was ok: it is ok, and you get past the building's entrance door and enter the hallway without any incident. Sorry if that wasn't clear :)

What do I see in the room / hallway as this will affect my reactions?

I'd like to add my congrats for a good start.

By the way, how do you set a wiki up? (probably more for a PM than in here like!)

You'd have to ask Raiko, he's letting me use his webhost and set the wiki up for me (thanks again to him). Once the wiki is set up then you just edit the pages and create new articles like you would on Wikipedia.

We now have a "Previous threads" subforum for threads which are no longer in use.

I will move all the locked IC threads we are no longer posting on in this new subforum, but nothing is deleted, so you can still reread them if you need to.

This way you only see the active threads in the main forum.

Merry Christmas everybody :)

Exarzun: yes it's too late, the library closes around 5-6pm. You'll have to go on the next day.
