"You're very welcome, Alyssa," says Eddie, glancing back at her briefly before returning his attention to the road. "I thought we were done for too. I'm just relieved you're okay. I would never have forgiven myself if anything had happened to you."

OOC,We'll want shotguns and dynamite, for starters, and I'd like to buy a replacement nightstick. We should also report in to MAPS and tell them everything that's happened so far.

Norman coughs politely.

"The uh, Sheriff may yet be a problem. We will have to face him at some point." His tone indicates this is not an appealing prospect for him. "I don't suppose he may just decide to give up, now that the leaders are dead?"

"What's more, I don't suppose you know anyone Edward who could get us some Tommy Guns?"

"Tommy guns are simple enough to get," says Eddie. "You can just mail order them - if you have the dough. They cost hundreds of dollars each. I don't have that much, not on a cop's salary."
