Servius winds up and hurls the grappling hook, barely snagging it at the top of the shaft. "I'll go up first," he says. "Then you can tie the end of the rope around your waist, and I'll haul you up."

You are outside the well. You see the treasure house about 10 meters. There are two guards in front of it, that seem bored.
Make an observation roll or thievery
After reloading the crossbow, Servius drags the bodies into the shadows and then searches them. He also checks to see if either of their outfits are in his size. A disguise could be useful.
Tuya keeps a look out. She sees what Servius is doing and wrinkles her nose.
