Re: OOC
Hello Priest. New player here interested in joining a classic era game. Would there be any room for an extra warm body?

Re: OOC
Alright. I'll be here in the wings should you need an extra.
Re: OOC
As I said in the absence thread. I'll be away at a convention from the afternoon of July 2 until the night of July 6. While I have a laptop and the hotel has Internet access, I probably won't have time to keep up and post until I get back, and possibly not until the night of July 7.

Re: OOC
It would seem that not only has Veronica gone missing, but several of the investigators have chosen to as well.
Other than Mr Handy, who has advised of his abscence, certain players have not logged in for a while. If these players no longer wish to participate, please tell me so that I can find replacements.

Looks like things have come to a grinding halt. I hate that. Like I posted before I will be gone for the week. I'll be back next weekend and we will get going from there.

Re: OOC
Well, I'll likely post...a lot.
So if you're looking for back'n'forth. I'm your guy.
Just need to get read up on the story thus far.

Re: OOC
Don't panic just yet. I know Mr Handy (another prolific player)is away for the weekend and I still hope that others will soon grace us with their precense. If not, we'll carry on with less players.

If I'm replying too quickly for you guys let me know.
I'm eager to roll on through the story, but I certainly don't want to steamroll anyone just because I happen to have more time to post.

Re: OOC
People seem to disapear at the weekend, which is fair enough. But don't worry too much I wont let you get to far ahead of the others. However, I know only to well how frustrating it is when you want to push on and you're being held up by an infrequent poster. Its hell Keeping when a conversation between a Character and a NPC that takes about three minutes real time takes days due to someone not logging in and effectively freezing the action. But that is the curse of on line role play, or one of them

Re: OOC
Good to hear. I just don't want to seem to be dominating the scene because I'm always logged in (I have an IT job where I work from home, so I have plenty of opportunities to spit out short posts).
I'll just let you dictate when I stop then, alright?
One more question. As a working reporter, would Bridget have any type of cash on her?

Re: OOC
The weekend is actually the one time when I do have time to post. I don't have much time during the week, but I can still usually post once per day. I don't think you're moving to fast.

Hey I'm finally back and caught up. Between jbibble, Handy and myself, we can move this game along pretty fast now.
Looking forward to playing again.

Re: OOC
Welcome back Ben!
As I've said previously, I'm around all day during the work week. Weekends become a bit tougher to me, but I can usually squeek out a post here and there.
To answer your question, I didn't where it was implicitly stated that our group took the book or not. I looked but couldn't find reference to it. Maybe Priest can shed some light on that fact.
