As the brothers walked past the sled dogs, they could see the remains of several dead wolves that bubbled and frothed in an all too familiar fashion. The creature they had killed was just one of many ilijiraat that assaulted the Dorset tribe. Two of the wolves with blood red eyes, lay at Chief Kalituk’s feet as Yuralria, the tribe’s Shaman called to her god’s for help in healing Maniitok. All the surviving Dorset warriors look wide eyed at Thorrin, thinking him a ghost or a spirit coming to them in these dark and terrifying times.
