Jason slips by without great effort and walks onto the top floor, quickly scanning his surroundings.

Re: SuAside - Locked in
As Jason turns his head from the children to regard his surroundings, he hears them hurry to cross the few feet gap.
Is it bad that I listen to this about ten times a day?

Rather than looking back for visual confirmation, Jason darts forward turning a blind eye to the dangers he knows while looking out for the unknown dangers that may lie lurking.

Small hands grab his hands, legs and waist, searing his flesh (5 damage) and knocking him to the floor. Around him, the world is filled with smoke and the scent of rot and putrefying meat.

Jason screams and squirms, trying to instinctively wildly kick his way free from his assailants as his mind is stunned by the searing pain.

Re: SuAside - Locked in
His frantic kicking fails to dislodge the children who bustle about behind him. A child's shoe fills his vision as they paw at him with their burning hands, searing flesh down to the bone.
His vision blurs as the pain forces his consciousness to explode in a haze of heat and pain. He knows only agony, to the moment and beyond, of his own death.
