Let's Invent Cthulhu-themed cocktails and Foods!

Listen. Sometimes it hurts to let it all slip away. Sometimes it's easier just to die. But how can we do that when we know that she's out there? Waiting for me. Waiting for all of us. If you would only find her, maybe we could finally rest.

Let's Invent Cthulhu-themed cocktails and Foods!

Post by Laraqua »

Shoggoth.net worked out a cocktail...

Miskatonic
1 tonic water
1 Midori
1 Frangelico

I think we should do similarly and work out a bunch of different CoC-inspired drinks. Not least because of the CoC-type LARP I wanna do for my party.

Here's one I made (originally called the River Murry) but which I think would make a neat ...

Shoggoth Slime
1 shot Midori
1 shot coca cola
Fill glass half full of lemonade
Add scoop of icecream

If done right, the lemonade and the icecream should interact to create a frothy mess of greeny-brown slime.
Is it bad that I listen to this about ten times a day?

The Yellow Drink
1 cup Mountain Dew

Yup, that's it. The Sanity-blasting effects of Mountain Dew are quite sufficient without mixing it with something else. Truly Hastur must have inspired it.

The Merry Shoggoth!
(Disclaimer: I have yet to make this)

Make a bunch of marshmallows - pink and white work good - and melt them over candles. Then combine them with lolly snakes, jelly-on-a-plates (a red gollop on a white 'plate') and skittles or M&Ms. Now, you can add this to a cup of Midori and eat with a spoon or just roll in green food colouring and eat that way.

Crap-erjacks! I'd drink mine. If somebody served me yours Seppuku, I'm afraid I'd have to call the police. It's all fun and games until somebody fills an innocent's skull with embalming fluid right? I'd keep the LSD though and slip it in Louie's drink. haha! Bad evil janitor!

 HAHA seriously this thread is better than the chit chat...

How bout this :
Screaming Zombie
Blender night! Get out the blender and have a rip roaring good happy hour

1 toe from the evil janitor
1 bloodied apendage from the rotting carcass of Shilo (the zombie)
2 tranquilizer darts, emptied into the bowl
5 tentacles
1 litre protoplasm
5 26er's of Vodka
a dash of honey
4 trays of ice cubes

Blend all and make sure to give extra time for the bone to get chopped up. :D Add ice cubes and crush. Make sure all the tranquilizer gets in the blender, or your party guests will not hit the floor like you hope. 8) After they pass out, make sure to rob them blind and piss on their remains....sure shooting Cthulhu will end them slowly but surely....ha ha ha ha
