Chit-Chat

Listen. Sometimes it hurts to let it all slip away. Sometimes it's easier just to die. But how can we do that when we know that she's out there? Waiting for me. Waiting for all of us. If you would only find her, maybe we could finally rest.

While we wait for Imme to post in the big-group-thread, could those with torches please stand up? I know there's at least one flashlight and penlight floating around.
Is it bad that I listen to this about ten times a day?

Joel gave it to Dahlia, who lost it for a second because of some big sound....don't remember what...but she grabbed it again. I haven't been posting her clutching it in her hands because she's wanted hands free. But she still has the cat.

Leroy, Aidan, and Jason each have torches, I believe. I think Jason gave his penlight to Dahlia, but I'm not certain. Dahlia does indeed still have Middles.

Leroy and Joel are both wearing their surgical masks, so Leroy wouldn't need to put his sleeve over his mouth and nose.

Actually, I'm just a fact-rememberer in this case. I don't know how, since I haven't had enough sleep in quite some time, but I managed to recall all that without looking back.

Oh yes, and Dahlia doesn't have the penlight. Jason kept it and Alisha reminded her of the candle she had handed her. Although Dahlia's hands were full of squirming cat at the time, so she passed it off to Oliver, of which I'm really unsure where Oliver is at all.

i have the bigass Maglite (aka the poor guard's club).

he gave away his penlight to the people he left downstairs a long while ago. (Brianna's crew, i think Ronald had it)

Aah, yeah, Aidan has his tucked into his trousers at the moment. Presumably, he's set down his briefcase and fireaxe for the time being, but holds onto the spike.

You can talk just fine with a surgical mask on. Doctors and nurses do all the time in the operating room. Sarah also figured out that the ash was human remains, and she told Leroy and Joel earlier (as well as the rest of the big group, I think).

If Ronald had the penlight all this time, why are he and Brianna still stumbling around in the dark?

I'm horribly busy with Real Life right now. I unfortunately don't have time or extra brain space for this board right now and will have to take a break. I should be back in no more than two weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience.
