I think it's resolved for now. Even if Ronald starts fighting Louie again, I'm sure we can resolve it in a fairly free-form manner as Ronald is unlikely to win that anyway.

Agnes is played by Kabukiman, who has already checked in, so you probably shouldn't be running her as an NPC. If Aidan or Phil would close the door, however, that would be a big help!

I hope Tracy is a real person who wants to join the forum, but there are certain things that make it unlikely. Tracy is one of three user names that were all created in the last month or so from the same IP. The first of them has never posted, and the other two made exactly one post each in old threads with a similar generic message and the same spammy link in the signature.

Plus I've never heard of this person before. Thank Mr. Handy for his brilliant deduction.
