"My guards are certainly well cared for," said Diego. "Not only should one treat one's servants well, but my life depends on my guards."

"That is good to hear, my lord," said the guard. "The Duc feels much the same way." He turned back to Elizabeth. "I like to ride the horses in my free time. I'm not a Chevalier like Sir Jacques, but I can ride well enough and even fight from horseback."

‘That would be wonderful to see, I wonder if Le Duc might organise a display. I’m sure Chevalier Jaques would be interested.” Elizabeth says with a grin to Diego.

[Mr. Handy]

"An excellent suggestion!" said the guard. "You should tell him at supper tonight. I'm sure it could be arranged."

"That would be wonderful," said Diego, smiling back. "I am quite the equestrian myself."

"I'm envious. I never learnt to ride at all, myself. I always had my nose in books instead." Elisabeth replies.

[Mr. Handy]

"I too enjoy a good book," said Diego, "but I learned to ride as well. I can teach you, if you like."
