General discussion about the game

As you step inside the imposing walls of Maple Hill Prison, you feel the chill of the cold, damp air and sense the weight of the gloom and doom that surrounds you. The prisoners have all been transferred to a new facility, leaving behind a deserted building haunted by secrets and darkness. You and your fellow prison guards are tasked with a final sweep of the premises, but as you delve deeper into the labyrinthine corridors, you realize that something sinister lurks in the shadows, and it's not just the ghosts of the past.

The knowledge the player characters have about the prison and their jobs there are as follows: The prison has a reputation for keeping good books, which the state looks kindly on, allowing them to keep a large number of prisoners at a low cost. However, the four new recruits are to fill out the boots of four former guards who were killed in a rubble accident last month. The remains of the guards were dug up and taken to the cemetery east of the prison.

As the new guards enter the prison, they should have been met with the gruff demeanor of the warden, Walter S. Reed, and the watchful eye of One-Eyed Joe Simkins, the prison's expert marksman. That will not be the case. Somehow the prison has a look of abandonemnet about it.

Rumors have been circulating at Fort Greene about what's really happening at Maple Hill Prison. Some say the prisoners are being used for more than just manual labor, while others claim that there's a dark, supernatural presence lurking within the walls of the prison.

So it´s now up to the new guards, yes that´s you, to navigate the treacherous waters of the prison while trying to uncover the truth behind the rumors. Will you make it out alive, or will you become just another name on the cemetery wall?

That´s about what you know before we set foot on the prison grounds. Good luck!
