Just re-reading my posts and I’ve worked out who the two main inspirations are for Ota. Old Iron Balls aka Arnold Rimmer from Red Dwarf, and Amy Santiago’s dad from Brooklyn 99…

OOC: Moving from a moving vehicle would imply a penalty, but since you are targeting a crowd and not a particular target, there is no penalty.
And yes, you can roll to see if anyone is hit behind.
