St. Bartholomew's Hospital - London, England
11:00 AM - Wednesday, September 11, 1940
The hospital staff wheeled Eugene into the hospital on a gurney, with Maggie following along behind them. They took him to a hospital room and placed him in a bed. The same doctor who had been treating Archie entered shortly afterward. "What happened to this fellow?" he asked. "Incendiary?"

Exhausted beyond reckoning, Eugene drifts in and out of consciousness.
Re: IC-Ep 4-Recovery(Eugene only)
The doctor did an excellent job treating Eugene's burns, and he was soon resting peacefully.

Re: IC-Ep 4-Recovery(Eugene only)
Eugene makes the most of his recovery time. After the last few hellish days he’ll never be the same again; the nagging fear that the witches are still at large will never leave him.
Nor will the absolute terror of the dark, which will crush him on a nightly basis.
On the other hand, he will never go back to his old life as a vagrant salesman. His sanity-blasting experiences are matched by a determination to make something of his life. No doubt, should he ever be fit enough to answer the call to arms, he will be first into the fray.
