Chapter 1- Bolivia

The floor of the passageway extends in a spiraling arc to the floor of a Grand Chamber. In the center stands a twenty-foot tall stone helix. Each
step on the helix-shaped dais is the height of a man’s waist.

"I'm guessing the mummy must be up there." Butch says as he looks at the stairs on the helix. "It's going to take some climbing to get to the top though."

He will start heading across the open floor of the Grand Chamber to the stairs.

[Snapper]

OOC: Yes, you can, but two have already failed.

OOC:   I could be wrong but I believe only Harry has failed his first aid roll.

[Mr. Handy]

"Just remember, there are four Nazis ahead of us," whispers Harry. "Let's proceed quietly."

You are correct. Alex has a 55% skill and rolled a 54.

OOC: Yes, you can, but two have already failed.

OOC:   I could be wrong but I believe only Harry has failed his first aid roll.

Sorry, you are right. Alex can roll a 1d4.

“Is that four whole Nazis? I’ve lost count of all the fractions.” Jan says wrinkling her nose and following to the bottom of the helix.

Suddenly you hear more screams from the upper floor.

[Mr. Handy]

"They may not be so whole any more," whispers Harry. "Let's sneak onward and see what's killing them."

[Mephistophilis]

'And what exactly needs steps that big?' grumbles Alex.

Harry stays toward the rear, knowing that he isn't very sneaky.

Crowley staggers along in the midst of his colleagues, freshly bandaged but the shock has not left him light on his feet.

“Oh, do be quiet!” Jan whispers furiously and walks straight into a pillar with a thud.

Butch will ready his flamethrower as he moves forward. He is more focused on looking for enemies than he is on keeping quiet.

Shuffling towards the steps, Alex continues to grumble loudly to himself.

When you finish the climb, you discover a small room with a huge serpent (more than 20 meters), full of green scales and yellow eyes, that has crushed two soldiers (one was an officer) and the last two are running in your direction. The snake hisses, seems to notice you and comes in your direction...

Crowley:

Crowley nods as he raises his pistol. "To be fair, that is quite impressive," he remarks.

"I guess that's the rest of them!" Butch hollers as he sees the gigantic snake. "Time to light this thing up!"

Unfortunately, as he presses the trigger, there is a malfunction with the flamethrower.

Harry levels his revolver at the giant snake and opens fire, content to let the surviving Nazis escape. "I hate snakes!" he snarls.
