Chapter 3- Borneo

[Mr. Handy]

"In a little less than a day, they won't," says Harry. "Neither will we if we're still here then."

[Snapper]

Crowley shrugs. "One problem at a time." He looks over to Captain Lancaster. "Captain, your patients? We need to conduct testing on a patient with the fever."

[kabukiman]

"We don't have any patients here. My orders were very strict: all the people from the quarantine area sick or not, couldn't leave that area. With some shot we were able to dissuade them. I'm afraid you will have to enter that place if you want to do any testes. But after you enter, it will be 2 weeks until you can leave that area."

[Mephistophilis]

'But how can we wait two weeks if your bomb goes off in twenty four hours?'

[Mr. Handy]

"We're going to have to do something about that bomb first," says Harry. "Where exactly is it located?"

[kabukiman]

OOC: It was the captain Lancaster that said about the 2 weeks of the quarantine; he doesn't know anything about the bomb.

"Don't worry Captain. If we can identify the disease, we can cure it and we won't need to quarantine anymore." Butch replies. "But we do need to get to where the infected are in order to identify the disease."

[Mr. Handy]

Does Shapiro know anything?

[Mephistophilis]

'Ah yes Captain, I misspoke, no bombs here, it's been a stressful few hours!'

“And I would like to track down some of these animals, Captain- to see where they have come from.” says Jan with a glint in her eye.

[kabukiman]

Captain Lancaster
"Well, if you go inside the perimeter, as soon as you get out, I will have to getb you detained for a while to be sure you haven«t got anything.. And I'm sure you will find lot's of strange animals".

[Mephistophilis]

Fr Malone looks nervously at his companions. 'Given the time pressure perhaps we should get going sooner rather than later?' he notes. 'Maybe someone with more technical skills could remain behind with Dr Shapiro and help him with his...little problem.'

[Mr. Handy]

"Yes, let's go," says Harry. "We don't want to waste any more time."

[Snapper]

"I'm ready to go." Crowley is still happy from being able to pilot again.

"I don't think we should leave anyone behind. We need to take Shapiro and our... research device... with us. Let's not spend time shuttling around."

Butch turns to the Captain. "Do you have a vehicle we can use?"

[kabukiman]

"Yes, you can take a car. But careful that the roads are vey bad."

[aine]

“Let’s take shovels, ropes and such in case we need to repair the road.” Jan adds.

I have experience of these roads in Borneo

[Snapper]

"Repairing the roads? That is why God invented porters. We just need a few. Mind you, traditionally they always betray and try to murder me. Which is why I have shot so many. It does make it harder to hire more..."

Caotain Lancaster:
"Well, come with me, I'l just take you to the vehicle. I'l send some men to unload the plane, but you must be careful: between your all group, you cannot take much material."
Shapiro says:
"Well, hum, I'l drect some of the men to take the two devices we have... to the vehicle"

[Mr. Handy]

Harry follows at a brisk pace.
