IC-Ep 3-Sanctuary(Archie/Anna)

[Mr. Handy]

St. James's Church- London, England
7:15 AM - Tuesday, September 10, 1940

Archie and Anna returned to the church without incident, where Giles Curry greeted them. Laura had already left.

[Mephistophilis]

Anna explains to the Rev Curry that Eugene has been hurt and that they have apprehended the fugitive Catherine Exeter. She asks to use his telephone again to call for an ambulance for each of them.

[Mr. Handy]

"Of course, right away!" said Reverend Curry. He guided them to his office and allowed them to use his telephone. Anna placed a call, giving directions to the house where they had found Catherine. Two ambulances were dispatched there, one from the sanitarium for Catherine and the other from St. Bart's for Eugene.

[Snapper]

Archie looks thoughtful. "Shall we continue on to the sanitarium to meet Mrs Exeter on her arrival? I don't really know what to do with her then."

[Mephistophilis]

'She should be out for a few more hours yet. There is a duty psychiatrist at the sanatorium today if she comes round sooner' says Anna. I suggest we take the opportunity to find out what the Steadmans are up to.

[Snapper]

Archie nods in agreement. "That sounds interesting. Where should we start? Their house, do you think?"

[Mephistophilis]

Anna looks apprehensive, 'I suppose that is as good a place as any. If we take a car we could stop by the others and see if anyone else wants to join us'.

[Snapper]

OOC:   How far away is Archie's house by subway, and would he actually have fuel? Has petrol rationing kicked in yet?

[Mephistophilis]

OOC:   Anna has a car parked near the hospital and should have fuel as she's a doctor

[Snapper]

Archie beams happily. "If you have a car somewhere nearby, lay on MacDuff."

[Mr. Handy]

Anna and Archie drove back to the ruined house, which was much easier to find in the daylight. When they arrived, only Maggie Duncan was visible. At around the same time, two ambulances pulled up, one from St. Bartholomew's Hospital and the other from Maxwell's Sanitorium.

"The others are fine," said Maggie when Anna's car parked near her. "They moved her round the corner, just in case someone tried to spring her." She waved for the ambulances to follow her around the corner, and everyone did so.
