Another day dawns in Berlin, cloudy though pierced with bright shafts of light that remind those who have seen Hlanith of the streaks in its sky.
But Berlin is noisier than Hlanith - shouts both friendly and angry, vehicles large and small. The scents of the city are more visceral (if not always more pleasant).
OOC,Those who altered their skills in their last sojourn in the Dreamlands now find them back to normal. Everyone, however can add 40% percentiles to their skills wherever they wish - this can include Dream Lore and Dreamshaping, since you'll all had some practice with the latter and opportunity to learn some of the former (this is in place of the normal experience system).

OOC, Is there a description of what those skills do?

OOC,
That probably is where I'd like to put my 40 points, but I still need to decide in what proportion for the two skills. I think I want to put most of them in Dreamshaping. Is today a work day for me?

OOC,Dreamshaping I described when you got it - it's what's rolled when making changes to the Dreamlands, such as when Alex made his pistol (btw, he will retain it when he next go there). Dream Lore is knowledge about the Dreamlands, so rolled to know something Alex might have come across in the books he read, but which I haven't mentioned in a post (if I've mentioned it in a post, you know automatically).

OOC,
Do we start with any points in Dream Lore, or does it start at 0%?

Can I put 30% into Dreamshaping and 10% into Dream Lore? Thanks.
Alex lay in bed for a while, relieved to be back in Berlin and mulling over events in Hlanith. He wondered if Jürgen was back in Berlin and if Konrad would be there too. He wondered if he could get Konrad on his own to see what he knew about what happened to him in Hlanith.
Glancing at the clock, he thought he had better get ready for work. He washed, shaved and put on a clean shirt. He made sure that he slipped his knuckle dusters in his pocket just in case and then let himself out of the front door, looking around carefully before heading in the direction of the bar.
