Z-Day - 9:04 AM Mountain Daylight Time - At the T-Bone
In the back room-
Earl knocked on the door leading into the office from the garage and opened it, walking inside and shutting it behind him.

"What's up?" asked Hammond, rising to his feet.

"Didn't you hear the shooting?" asked Earl. "We need to get our shotguns."

Hammond unlocked the cabinet where they kept the shotguns and ammo, keeping his own and giving the other one to his brother. "What shooting?"

"Wallace was shooting at some snake or something what bit him," said Earl, "and Mitchell's gone crazy, but that's not important. The important thing is it looks like he found a body in the junkyard."

9:05 AM
In the back room-
"S***," muttered Hammond, grimacing.

"Yeah," said Earl. "We're gonna have to take care of business. This could be bad, especially with that cop nosing around. Fortunately, anyone who talks to Mitchell is gonna think he's a loon." He printed out Baldwin's repair bill.

"Until an actual body turns up, that is."

9:06 AM
In the back room-
"Boss, Boss!" shouted Mitchell yelled on the other side of the closed door. "It's here. Shoot it man, shoot it!"

"Open the damn door!" shouted Baldwin.

Hammond followed Earl through the door into the garage, after he opened it.
