The city in the ice

Butch realizes that it is more important to stop the mutants than to kill Otto now that he has disrupted the ritual. He will try to get their attention and lead them away from where Alex and Harry are doing their own ritual. While doing so, he will take out his gasoline blowtorch and fire it up. Hopefully when they get close, they won't like being hit with the flame. Butch brandishes the blowtorch around in front of him to any that get too close.

"Go on you bastard monsters. If you have any shred of humanity in you yet, you'll fight to stop this from happening."

[Mr. Handy]

Harry continues chanting, glancing pointedly at the explosives in the hopes that Crowley will figure out to use them.

[Snapper]

Crowley:

OOC:   How far away is Otto the head Nazi?

"How do I get that explosive off you?" He whispers to Lake.

"Just cut the rope that is attached tome"

[Snapper]

Crowley:

Crowley pulls out his Gurkha knife and cuts the rope.

Crowley: you get the dynamite.
Harvey and Alex finish the chant; the wall of ice stops pulsing and Otto screams in frustration. The mutants are all surounding Blutch, expecting a moment of distraction to jump to him...

[Mr. Handy]

OOC, Can I shoot at the mutants now?

[Snapper]

Crowley:

OOC:   Does the dynamite have a fuse or detonator or something?

OOC:
To Mr Handy: yes

To Snapper: a fuse.

Feeling drained after the ritual, Alex reluctantly turns to the mutants and starts the chant to control one of them. He hopes he can compel it to attack one of the others and cause some confusion.

OOC:   Taking 4MP loss

[Mr. Handy]

Harry fires into the mass of mutants, missing narrowly with the first shot, but the second is more accurate. The third is very wide. The bullet that did hit just wings one of the mutants.

Crowley:


Crowley pulls out his zippo lighter and lights the fuse, ready to throw the dynamite.

OOC:   Assume that might be 2 actions to light the dynamite then throw it?

Having his own extensive experience with dynamite, Butch will keep a watchful eye on Crowley and prepare for the dynamite blast to come. In the meantime, he will continue to keep the mutants back with his torch.

Crowley pulls out his zippo lighter and lights the fuse, ready to throw the dynamite.

OOC:   Assume that might be 2 actions to light the dynamite then throw it?

Butch and Harry must roll dodge.

Crowley:

Crowley lights the dynamite with his zippo then lobs it hopefully into the fire...

OOC:   If he can Alex will try and get the mutant he controls to grab the dynamite and run into the others

Harry easily scrambles out of range of the blast.

OOC: Alex doesn't have time to control a mutant.

Butch does not see where Crowley threw the dynamite as he's more focused on trying to keep the mutants away.

Seeing the dynamite fly askew, Alex backs away to avoid the explosion but still continuing with the spell to try and take control of one of the mutants.
