BOLLING ADVANCE BASE

Bolling consists of a wooden hut, approx 1,100 sq ft, which houses all living facilities, work areas, and storage for food and equipment. On top of the base, the radio antenna is lying flat on the roof. You can see a broken door

OOC,The front door is broken?

As they taxi to a stop, Butch points up at the radio antennae on the roof.

"Looks like the antennae came down. Not sure if it was the wind or what... the weather's been holding so far. I'm going to need to get up there and check it out to get the radio back online."

He'll look around for the roof access, unsure if there is a way up from inside or if they have to climb up from the outside of the building.

'Something's not right here' says Father Malone looking at the broken door and flattened antenna. He pats his pocket where he is keeping his new .38 revolver and walks towards the door, 'is anyone there?' he shouts out.

Harry draws his revolver and creeps up to the wall near the door, taking care to stay out of the line of sight from the doorway or any windows.

Crowley emerges from the plane with a sigh and pats it affectionately. He is clearly happier on an aircraft.

In preparation for the Antarctic cold he is wearing his old Royal Flying Corps knee-length leather coat, leather helmet, and white scarf. And as he decreed to his companions before they set off, "I never go south of the equator unarmed." Accordingly, his trusty service revolver is holstered at his belt.

Crowley wanders up to the building, yelling, "Hello inside! Where are you?!"

OOC: I need to know who will explore outside the building and those who will enter it. The ones outside will make a spot hidden roll.


The ones that enter the building are immediatly overcome by the stench of an unnatural combination of rotten meat, bile, and mold.

Alex draws his revolver and enters through the broken door. With his other hand he covers his nose with his sleeve. 'Uh, that smell, it's disgusting, what is it?'

Butch will head to the right to walk around the building looking for a ladder or fire escape.

"Let me know if you find anything inside." He says to anyone going in.

Harry circles the building in the other direction, keeping a sharp eye out for anything.

Crowley:

Satisfied that two of his companions are checking outside, Crowley follows Malone inside.

Immediately shocked by the foul stench, Crowley utters vile oaths in Latin, and pulls his white scarf over his nose and mouth. He wedges the door open behind him to let in fresh (but freezing) air. "That is not a good sign."
