The lone man is runming in your direction and after a while, you can actually shhot the plane... but so can the plane unless you take cover.

Alex grabs the shotgun from the corpse and as many shotgun cartridges as he can find. He shouts out to Crowley, 'We're under fire man, come on'. He walks back to the doorway to see how far away the man's pursuers are.
Butch squeezes off another shot and by slowing his breathing and leading the plane, he is rewarded by a hit.

OOC,I'll assume it is a double barreled 12 bore shotgun and fire one barrel. Rifle/Shotgun 35%[dice]0[/dice] That's a regular success. I'm not sure of the range so I'll roll 4d6, the first roll to count for 50yds range, the first two for 20yds range, and all four for 10yds range [dice]1[/dice]

The nazi in the last sled was wounded by bullets from Crowlet and Harry, buty it was the last shot from Harry that finished him. The sled continued without a driver like a ghost ship.
Alex is badly wounded by the airplane; the airplane is preparing to attack you again.

Peeling back strips of blood soaked clothing, Alex gingerly explores the wound. He tries to staunch the bleeding as best he can, but without much success.
He lays down the shotgun aware that he is in no state to handle it. He takes out his revolver and grips it tightly in his hand, hoping the others can see off the Nazis before they get to the building.

You see some smoke in the plane and the pilot has some dificulty to control it; suddenly there are flames and the plane fall near the base, but not un a safe distance. There is a terrible explosion, and then only the wind.

Harry's ministrations at least stop the bleeding from the ragged wound in Alex's chest. 'Thanks Harry, I thought I was a gonner that time. And no holy magic to patch me up like in the jungle.'
He smiles weakly and then gingerly tries to stand. To his surprise he finds he can just about get to his feet and take a few breaths although the pain is still immense. 'If we get the chance I'm going to have to stitch this wound up properly later.'

Crowley quickly breaks open and reloads his Webley revolver. At the same time, he shouts to his friends: "Unless you want to have nightmares for years, I would suggest staying out of the hut for the moment! What's in there is almost beyond description!"
Crowley stalks forward to check on the sled-Nazis, to see if they are indeed dead and to check for clues, papers etc. He is very wary and keeps his revolver drawn.
OOC: Did Crowley recognise the make of the aircraft? Is the crash site within walking distance?

My name is Marshal Caldwell. I'm a geologist and I was part of an expedition from the Miskatonic University. We were exploring an ancient city. Ar the beggining everything was fine and we founda many wonders. But then we were suddenly attacked by canibals that were living in the city. And latter the nazis appeared and it was a complete chaos, everyone killing everyone. The leaders of the expedition sent me away to tryo to get help, but the nazis try to stop me.

From the central corridor, Crowley will point to every room he has explored and describe what he saw to his colleagues.

Crowley:
Crowley picks whichever bunk or other room looks least difficult to clean. He does his best to either clean up or drag out any items covered in blood. He plugs bullet holes with bits of bed sheet or paper.

With the door fixed, the temperatures stops lowering so fast.
"I told you everything I know. It was all fine at the beggining. And suddenly we were attacked by surprise by some madmen. We didn't expect to find anyone there, we assume the place was empty. The nazis appearing only made everything worst."
OOC: To keep some heating in one room, you need to repair the generator and the furnace (they are in the room with the radio), keep all the heater beside this room turn off. So it's 2 sucesses needed.

And it existed for a really long time. We found samples of fossils of animals of warmer climates, so the city was probably abandoned about 1 milion years ago when the climate got cold. And there were carvings that some of my companions were trying to understand."

The cuts on the body pieces are clean, bloodless, and deep, which indicates that the body was hacked apart after it was frozen solid. And you find some very small things that you are sure are not part of normal human cells; like if a small fungus was attach to it.

He goes searching for some spare bed sheets or blankets that could be used to wrap the bodies / remains in, and some string or rope to tie up that wrapping. Crowley is cautious not to get their blood on him, just in case.

If the others on the radio don't know any more than what they said, Butch will end the call and go find the others.
"They said the people of this base turned violent for no reason and from what we could see, someone killed and dissected people in the base."Butch says to the others. "Was anyone able to find out what happened or why they chose to die in the cold with kerosene rather than seek shelter or warmth?"
After getting caught up on the map and the city, he will offer his view, "The weather is far too cold for us to walk to the city without knowing we have shelter or heat there. It would be better if we could use the snow sleds or some other motorized vehicle."
