Cast of Characters and General Discussion

I will be using the Ghastly Affair system in an attempt to create something of the flavor of the supernatural soap opera Dark Shadows. You don't need to know anything about the system or the TV show to play.

This forum is set in 1795. There is another forum set in 1967. These may effect each other, but may also be inconsistent; consider them to be different universes.

I will use pre-generated characters. Most will have their own secrets and agendas, often in conflict with each other. Expect lots of private messages between players, and lots of deception.

This is something of an experiment, so bear with me. To work out for the best, several players will be needed.

After another seven days away from the computer, I'll see if there is any more interest in this. At that time, I may start a very simple, skeletal version of the game, just to see how it goes.

Meanwhile, here's the main setting, the mansion of the Collins family, which will be known as the Old House in centuries to come. It is located on the Collinswood estate, located above the fishing and shipbuilding village of Collinsport, located on the coast of the District of Maine, the northernmost part of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
