Turn 16 Investigator Phase

Sefina runs screaming in terror down the hill.
OOC,Yeah. I only have one chance to evade, so I'll pull out all the stops. Even if it doesn't work, I'll need two actions to get to the base of the hill and one more to resign, so I'll need to take a couple of hits if it doesn't work. Action 1: Evade (Agility 4 + 2[Unexpected Courage] + 1[Switchblade] = 7 vs. 4[Conglomeration of Spheres]): [dice]0[/dice] Skull, -3, success! Action 2: Move to Ascending Path. Action 3: Move to Base of the Hill Action 4: Resign.

If no resolution was reached (each investigator resigned or was defeated): Go to Resolution 2.

Resolution 2: The sorcerers from Dunwich, seeking arcane power from beyond this realm, have accomplished what Wilbur and Old Whateley could not. Through blood sacrifice and indescribable experiments, the dark power the sorcerers sought is now within their reach. However, they will never get the chance to truly wield this power. In beseeching Wilbur’s father for knowledge, they have drawn the creature forth from its extradimensional realm. Yog-Sothoth emerges from the open rift above Sentinel Hill, blocking out the sky and enveloping the world. Now it has come to Earth, and it rules where humanity once tread.
Æ In your Campaign Log, record that Yog-Sothoth tore apart the barrier between worlds, and became one with all reality.
Æ Each investigator is driven insane.
Æ The investigators lose the campaign. :!:

Very tough and not much fun, too, investigate, investigate, and investigate.

OOC,Yeah, that was insanely hard, made moreso because neither of our characters was that great at investigating, though yours was better than mine. We also were poor at combat. We managed to get through the first half of the campaign all right, but then we started failing scenarios, which sent us into a death spiral. Without better stats and cards, we had no chance in the finale.

Yeah, we needed some dynamite! and, like you said, when we didn't finish a scenario the next got harder.

Carcosa. January? Also I'd like it if you controlled your own deck, drawing cards. They're all available on arkhamdb.com . I'd still create the scenario's framework though. Also DSIGFUSS may play too, but I'll check if he wants to in January.
