Given the former athlete's unscrupulous past, the gangster knew his influence was not to blame here. He gave the papers a quick glance and then stuffed them into his suit jacket's inner pocket.

"Do not mistake me for a common thief, Muldoon. I only go after the big scores." he retorted.

Each of you feels as if someone is watching you. Yet, when you think you see someone out of the corner of your eye, you turn to find empty space. No one there. This happens more than once, though you do not discuss this with anyone, yet.

Jimmy the Chin ignored the chill, besides, the gangster had nothing to worry about, his own men were watching his back after all. He directed the driver to take them to the next locale and then followed Muldoon as he approached the the African American individual. He reached out to snatch the photograph from the elderly man. Things seemed to be going fine at first, but then he started singing. Jimmy rolled his eyes.

"Look pal, stop that before I lose my temper. Tell us everything you know." he demanded.

I think snatching the photo is more of a story element than a tactical move. No roll necessary.
