Dr. Berger looks at the group and as if they're a nuisance, "I can understand how you might perceive the practice of psychology in negative light, however, I suspect you have very little experience in the profession and ignorance has led you to some unfounded conclusions. I assure you everything here is according to the letter of the law and the patients will be fine. One moment they are lucid and give the impression of normality, the next, they're trying to rip your eyes out. No, there is a reason why they're here, including your friend. You may return next week if you like. Right now we are absolutely busy. I'll have the orderlies escort you out. See you men later, I hope."
The Dr. leaves with his clipboard and the orderlies wait on you to show you out

Chin and Wheel hear footsteps approaching. An orderly turns the corner and sees them.
"Did you fellers check in downstairs? We don't normally allow people to walk around without an escort..

Jimmy the Chin gave the orderly a quick overlook before replying. He was accustomed to dealing with guys like this and figured the one here would be reasonable just like all the rest.

"Yeah, the fella at the desk sent us on our way. We can see ourselves out. I'm sure you're rather busy making your rounds." he said.

Coach watches Dr. Berger leave the office. He is about to mouth off some none-too-witty riposte when he's struck by a thought. The good doctor has left them in his office. If only they could distract the orderlies, they could take a quick look around...

"Er, fine... I guess we gotta go... Um, say, do you mind if Joe and I take a few shots of your boss' office first? All these photos, diplomas and such on the wall would really lend, um, weight to our article. I'm sure you guys don't wanna be all over the front page though, so you can wait outside and keep Ranger Norris company if you like."

"Everything I've observed is going to go into my report, Dr. Berger," says Carl, "including the fact that, in front of witnesses, you have refused to allow me to complete my safety inspection. What I've seen already is damning enough. I know more about psychology than you might think, but you appear to know little of the law. I may return sooner than next week - with a court order."

The Orderlies look at coach incredulously. "Let's go fellas, we got things to do too. Dr. Berger said show's over for today!" The smaller one nods his head at two more orderlies waiting in the hall, they seem to have appeared from nowhere and stand with their arms crossed waiting for you to come out of the office...

Wheel and Chin stand in the doorway as the orderlies round the corner. One of them seems to understand something is not right.
"Gentlemen, what are you doing up here?" says one LAWSON who stands about 5'10" and the other is nearly his twin.

"I'm going," says Carl, heading out, "but I will be back."

Jimmy managed to conceal his anger by tightly gritting his teeth. When he and his partner had sought these men out, they were nowhere to be found. Now that they wished to take their leave of this place, their path was being impeded. This delay was becoming intolerable. He looked the speaker in the eye and attempted to appraise the other man's motivations. When that failed, he decided to get tougher with these saps.

"Look, we've got somewhere else to be. Either escort us to the nearest exit, or get out of our way." he said.

Coach sighs.

"Fine, suit yourselves, I'm going..."

He mutters as he leaves the office.

"Bunch of jerks..."

The Orderlies facing Wheel and Chin look a little puzzled, but it passes. "I usually take the inventory, I don't remember putting in another order so soon. By the way where's Tim? He usually handles this...?" says the one who spoke first (Homer is stitched over his partner's pocket.)

Downstairs the orderlies smug faces see the investigators out the doors.
"Ya'll come back now, ya hear? Hehehe," says the short orderly. The others chuckle along with him.

Coach curses under his breath as the door slams behind him. He turns to the others and shrugs.

"So what now?" He looks around. "And where the hell are those other two?"

I mumble something trying to draw them into as much of a bottle neck as possible incase things take a turn. My right hand lightly touches my jacket as I rehearse drawing my pistol in my head then relaxes softly at my side. Briefly my eyes flutter over to Jimmys hand gauging his intent and waiting for him to handle the talking.

"I'd like to make my report to the Rangers," says Carl, "with the rest of you along as witnesses. We can develop that film, which will also back us up. Then I can try to get a court order from a judge to release Larry, and hopefully also to shut this place down. I'm not sure where those two have gotten to. I hope they know what they're doing."

“Yes!” agrees Joseph. “We’ve got a hell of a story here. Once these photos get out, we’ll probably half the reporters in Texas looking for a scoop. This place won’t last five minutes”.

Jimmy had had quite enough of the two saps that were impeding his way to the exit. He gave Solomon a sideways glance and surmised that his partner was ready to draw if it became necessary. The gangster's expression became furious and he started to move past the orderlies and towards the stairwell.

"You two are trying my patience. I don't care where your pal is and we ain't wasting any more time here. Out of the way, now!" he demanded, his hand also near own his revolver.

OOC:   Well since my luck with these rolls has been downright awful, I guess if they don't get out of the way Jimmy will be drawing his gun on these two and adding that to the threat. Kind of ridiculous that it would come to that, but the dice haven't been behaving.
