I heard a mention of a scenario on Yog-Sothoth.com called "Not So Quiet" that sounds like it was describing this one.

Mr Handy is correct. It was based on a Trail of Cthulhu investigation - Not So Quiet (https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/85 ... t-So-Quiet). I changed some of the details and made up some of the others but it was broadly similar.

Edit: SAN rewards. None this time as you sacrificed the people in the hospital to save yourselves. Any reward would outweigh the guilt you feel of not being able to stop Mordiggian (who would have been very difficult to stop, admittedly).
