Character Creation - A new way about it

To roll up characters, I suggest we use the Quick start rules at the bottom of The Evidence Locker.
One small change is that I want you to use 4D6 minus the worst die.

If you use a previously created character we just move it from the previous game and are done with it.
No worries.
