The first entry is the actual loop itself and how it's submerged beneath the archipelago.
The legend is in Swedish, but a quick translation reads:
Pink=Industrial area, basically the shipyard and venting towers as well as the build site itself. Basically the pink areas are off limits.
Yellow= agricultural areas
Green=Woodlands
Grey=Rural, housing
The rings are the three layers of the accelerator.
