Background:
Anna Jerkins is a graduate of the Cambridge UNiversity. During her time in Cambridge, she had been mentored by SIgmund Freud briefly on psychology and had been one of the researchers who had helped set up an unofficial demonstration with him. Due to her passionate study of psychology and her active role in the execution of many of the social experiments in Cambridge, Anna had quickly became one of the best (of a few) alienists in the world, and she earned her PhD in Psychology during the late 1940s. In the years between her Bachelor's degree and her Phd. , she had worked at Maxwell's Sanitarium in London and had been involved in many a series of strange incidents.

She was cryogenically frozen as a valuable specimen of the mid-twentieth century and had been preserved in Vault 119 in case of abnormal incidents and/or classified military cases in need of special personnel were ever opened in the future, and as such, she was in a near-perpetual icy-slumber until very, very, very recently. Anna is a tall, moderately attractive woman with long brown hair and dark-brown eyes. She likes reading in the library and enjoys wearing fashionable clothing on a semi-regular basis (as long as she can afford it). She is relatively optimistic, funny, slightly alcoholic, and has a dream of eventually owning her own practising clinic.

Traits:

Beautiful: The character is stunningly gorgeous and receives a +1 Charisma bonus and a +3% fame
bonus to a single reputation category. There is envy, however, causing jealousy from other NPCs that
may lead into non-violent or violent confrontations. Then again there are also slavers that will attempt to
capture you for your beauty at any given chance to put you on the slaver market.
Good Natured: The character has a good soul and helps when and where he can. He receives a +1
bonus to Charisma-based skill checks, but receives a –1 penalty to attack rolls (you know that pacifist
nature).
Skilled: The character has spent more time improving her skills than a normal person. She gains a +1
to all Skills but only acquires Feats every fourth level instead of every third level.
