But we could add the three skills from this fallout list that yoy want to tag. That gives an extended CoC-skills list. It's still up to you to pick where you want to spend skill points.

In that case, I'll tag Explosives, Big Guns, and Sneak.

I'll take Doctor, Merle Weapobs,Outdoorsman and Sneak.

I've noticed that I have much lower stats than the other characters, even though I have Gifted. Did the other players roll dice using CoC rules instead of using the F4 character generator? If so, do I have that option too?

Yes, they used old characters with the normal rules. Roll as normal and add the perks and Fallout bonus skills. No problem.

The dice still aren't working. They may need to be enabled on subfora as well.

Will I be allowed to move stats around that are rolled on the same number of dice? Also, could Gifted simply reduce my total number of skill points rather than subtracting 10 from every skill? Otherwise, I'd never be able to even attempt a skill at 10% or lower.
