traveller game

Post by kabukiman »

This will be an horror scenario. I’m using firefly and a lot of different movies as inspiration.
I accept between 2 and 6 players.
Anyone interested?

The year is 1105 of the imperial calendar (5623 AD of the old earth calendar) of the third imperium and the emperor is Strephon Aella Alkhalikoi.
I’m using the rules of the first edition of traveller. For those who don’t know the rules, don’t worry, I’l provide a link to make the char.
The group needs a scout (mandatory). The other players can choose the followings career: army, marine, navy, merchant, others, scout.

I'm definitely up for this! I'm a huge Firefly fan, and I've played Traveller a little before, though I'm not familiar with the rules and haven't played recently.

Will two players be enough? Activity on the board seems to be slowing down.

I'm a huge Traveller fan and actively run / play is now. Also, Firefly was great.

If there's space, I'm in.

Welcome a board! read the subforum about character creation, create one and post it. Make a quick background to explain how you got to the planet (you are not part of the crew, I'l take care of that).

A mwchanic/tech is applying to join the game. Is there a berth over on the Scout ship?

Sure welcome!
In the traveller, you don't choose if you are a mechanic/tech, it is the game that choose what you will be... :D

Alright, lets see what primary and secondary skill, I´ll recieive and hope for C in all stats! (If I remember correctly)
I´ve only played the scenario "Prison Planet" from the 80´s. That and a number of homebrewn episodes with friends.

What´s the next step?

Thanks! There has been a new character added. Currently in custody of sorts. Thanks for letting me join the game, Kabs!

Hi. I’m easing myself back into gaming, I love Firefly and wanted to give Traveller a shot.
Is it too late to join the crew?
