It's the Harlem Renaissance, hepcats, where no one can take away a Black man's self-respect. But even in a promised land, people have their troubles, and people have to do for one another - so put on your righteous duds and make Harlem all it can be!

Year 1927.

I'm looking for 2-3 Investigators – preferably ones who have lived in Harlem forlong enough for other locals to trust them with problems that the authorities won't bother to deal with. The plan is a mixture of ongoing threads and discrete scenarios – centred variously on the evils of the Mythos and of racism.

I intend to use the 7th Edition rules, with a few changes, mostly to character creation.

However you want to do it is fine with me, but I probably won't have time to create my character until this weekend (though I already have a great idea!). Just let me know when you're ready by posting here, and I'll create a forum and make you the Keeper. I can use the first lines of the initial post in this thread as the text blurb if you like, unless you want a different one, in which case you can just post it in this thread. The same goes for the other two games.
