The Haunting with a couple twists

I know The Haunting has been run here a couple times, but its been awhile. We seem to be getting several newer players who are fairly new to CoC, and this is about as short and easy a mod as any to jump into. It is a classic and should be a lot of fun as long as we don't have a spoiler who knows it inside and out, though I do have a couple changes just to keep anyone from ruining it.

I'm planning on running this live at a con next year, so I'm going to take this as a trial run to help me out as well.

I'm planning on running 6th ed. And would like 4-8 players.
I'd like players to post every other day on average and would like to get this finished by the new year if not sooner.

That was fast. Well that is 3, I hope to get at least 4 but I think we can go ahead and get things up and running and started.

I need more games to play, and I'd like to get in at ground level so to speak. I've actually run The Haunting several times, though... would you have a problem with that?

I don't have a problem with it as long as you don't spoil it for other players, I.e. Don't touch that, type of statements. And also, I've changed a few things in it, so don't expect things to work how they worked for you, or complain because that's not supposed to happen type of things. And try and let the other players come up with the ideas of what to do. If you are leading them around by a nose ring, its not much fun for anyone.
