Adventure based on the movie Noroi

I'm thinking about putting together an adventure based loosly on the Asian horror flick Noroi. The setting is the American Southeast and during the years 2005-2006. It would be designed for 3 or 4 characters, and would be investigation heavy with little if any combat. The plot is dense with twists and turns, and involves psychic kids, ancient evils, the insane, and the black arts. It would possible to run in a chat room or on the boards.
If you've seen the movie and are experienced with formulating CoC adventures I would be thankful for any advice you could give.
If you haven't seen the movie, and possibly would like to play, please let me know.
