Hey All! Well after some time thinking I have come to realize that I like keeping and so I want to go back to doing so. I have come up with a game idea. It is January 1942 in what was once a part of the USSR but currently is behind German lines. There are four types of characters I am thinking about bringing in.

Group A: A group of Jews in the Kaunas Ghetto
Group B: A squad of SS Einsatzgruppen
Group C: A group of Soviet Partisans
Group D: A crew of British airmen who were recently tasked to bring lend lease stuff to the USSR but whose plane was shot down on the way there.

Anyway for now this is just survial and the groups are not going to be interacting with each other much. If intersted you may make a character that matches one of the above groups or take a premade character. Just let me know which one. Also if you want to do more then one character that is fine just please only one from each group for a total of 4.

There will not be at first any big monsters. I want to see how the game progresses without locking myself into huge monsters. There will be more combat then my last game I promise. So if intersted post below.

Welcome. I am waiting to see general interst level before committing hours to making characters that go nowhere you understand. I figure I will get a few people to join in sometime. The beauty of this game is that if the majorty is all in one group I can do that group and the other groups can wait until either the original group runs into them or I get people to play them as well.

Here is an idea for you....Did Howard Cambell have a son or nephew who may be a RAF personal in group 4?

I've given up on a 1920s game happening any time soon, so I might be interested in taking part. I'm quite keen on the Soviets although I'd also want to take a peek at the pre-gens before making a firm commitment. But count me in on the "general interest level".

I'd be quite interested in playing a Soviet partisan or British airman if this pans out.
EDIT: I should probably add that a pre-gen would probably be best for me.

I saw Defiance with Daniel Craig a while ago - great stuff; a true story about Russian Jews who escaped to a forest. I'd play a partisan, pre-gens would suit me.

it looks like we are leaning toward the Soviets. Cool Comrades! Lots of Vodka drinking and quoting of Marx and Lenin.

Da, tovarischi! I've been leaning towards playing a Soviet partisan too - I'm thinking sniper.

It would be more likely a grandson of Campbell's as one of the British airmen, given his age. A similar thought had crossed my mind, but I probably won't be playing him. I already have the sort of character I want in mind, and I'm stretched too thin to play two of them as it is.

Yeah it looks like right now we will be doing the Soviet Partisan characters which is kind of what I was leaning toward anyway with the last game just never got off the ground there. So cool! If you want to roll character go for it otherwise you will need to wait until my next time off which is Tuesday July 7 and Wednesday July 8.

Okay i have backgrounds for two of the 4 players intersted so far. I am looking for backgrounds from Mr. Handy and Cornish Game Hen if you wish to have any please let me know. I am rolling on Tuesday/Wednesday. I may get away with doing it at work sometime but am being careful on that front.
