Background.
Charles Jeryr is 17. School bored him and he wanted to travel the world on self exploration and to gain inner peace. He spreads the word of 'light' and has developed his own theories. He is open to all religions and bares the symbols of most on his necklace. He travels the world spreading the peace and trying to enlighten as many people as he can. He explores cults and rumors trying to expand his mind. He doesn't stay stay still for too long, leaving many places straight after he has finished his work. He has detailed his discoveries and life lessons on his notepad, with few photographs of events.

Ehud Livni (now 23 years of age) born in Mabu'im, Israel lived in the town till the age of 17 when he left for the military in search of national honor and protecting the holy lands. Upon joining the IDF (Israeli Defence Force) he was seen as having much promise and was quickly given advanced training in martial arts and firearms usage.

During a covert operation into Palestinian territory 5 years later (age 22) his squad was discovered down an alley by a wandering Palestinian family. As the mission required complete secrecy Ehud was ordered to execute the family by his squads officer, Gespani. Ehud was shocked by this decision and looked at the ramifications of doing so. He then refused the order, the officer proceeded to call him Imcompetant and raised his own rifle into firing position. Livni saw the family as innocents and acted to protect them by firing 6 rounds into Gespani's side killing him near instantly.

Knowing he was a wanted man, Ehud fled the country to the United States where he has lived for a year after which he decided it was time for a holiday...

Well, it's Andrew's character... I'll leave the roll decision up to him. But heck, that kind of money for a Red Neck, that's like shooting at the ground and striking oil, or a winning lottery ticket.
