I'm impressed. Here I asked for a knife thrower and I get damage possibilites with my mighty letter opener....FEAR ME!!!! lol
Heh, I decided to turn a joke into a quirky character aspect. Still, the policeman is all of your guyses' main powerhouse. He's the best shot and is a pretty good at administering first aid, too. Too bad Dark Young only take 1 damage from all firearms, save shotguns. You guys might have a chance if you team up with the cultists, who will be hard-pressed to be less mentally stable than your little troupe. If you can convince a couple, you might stand a chance. Or you can just drive away, though I won't let things be that simple...

Ironically, Evelyn might also be more than a helping hand against the Dark Young. They take full damage from melee weapons...including the almighty letter opener.

:o

I ask to be good at Throwing too! Throw Typewriter! Throw camera! There'll be a might amount of throwing things. See if we can't kill a Dark Young with junk.
Is it bad that I listen to this about ten times a day?

Lanterns are fun to throw at things too!

I believe Walter Lehman is actually a slightly better shot with a handgun than Edward Garvin. He gets 3 shots per round, so he can cause up to 3 damage! Garvin's better with a shotgun, but we don't have one...yet.

Of course, the one problem with making melee attacks on a Dark Young is that you're also close enough for it to make melee attacks on you.

I'm on the east coast, USA too, so GMT -5. I'm usually on intermittently between 4:00PM and 10:00PM EST.

Sorry kabukiman, I'd rather not Keep more than five players at a time - it'd be too hectic with all the NPCs and monsters present already. Be sure to join the next one, if there is one - or check out the Games Looking for Players forum.

For the rest of you, we have our forum - and it started a whole new category too, hurrah! I'll get the game started soon.

I've got my Ph.D. in one hand and a donut in the other! My pistol is loaded and my sanity is fragile.

Edward is ready to go!
