Yup, your total has to be 104. It also counts any Occupational Bonus you get. So its -NOT- 104, +1 for Strength for baseball = 105. The total is always 104.

But +1 Strength would mean you could have 19 max on that skill (3d6+1)

Yup, probably two days - as soon as I'm prepared, all your character sheets are in order, and the gangsters have had a bit of a chat (initiated by me).
