Background: 22 years ago, an organization got buried by joint agencies afforts. This organization is believed to resurge in combination with the Live event of Charnel Dreams.

Hmm, Delta Green's considered Modern, am I right? The story revolves around a special ops unit that deals with all things mythos-related, yeah?

Yeah, and the agency is on the down and down, due to allrgations to condoing murder for 50 years. The agency is slowly changing. The mythos-related things don´t care, though.
