Masks of Nyarlathotep: One place available.

I'm in the early stages of my new attempt to run Masks on here, and I need a single additional investigator. This investigator must be female.

Dave is playing as Gerald, an investigator who was due to have taken part in Quatermass' Masks game. He asked if he could instead run Gerald in my Masks game and so I also invited RonaHattingh to join us if she liked. Rona's character Marga is a companion of Gerald's.
Rona is too busy with other games and so I could do with a single player to roleplay a young to middle-aged female companion of Gerald's. It doesn't have to be Marga - indeed I'd prefer you to create a completely new character of your own, but you do need to sort out a common history for your two characters with Dave in this thread before you join the game.
Your character and Gerald will probably miss the opening scene of Masks, and so there's not a massive rush to sort out your investigator, you've probably got a week or two before you'll be able to join in. I may however modify the hotel that you are staying at if both characters are ready in time. Sorry to be cryptic.
I'm going to PM Dave a link to this thread, so that he can join the chat. It's first come, first served, but you must be happy to work with Dave on the common background - I'm sure he'll tweak Gerald a little if necessary.
Note that Masks of Nyarlathotep is a very long campaign, it takes a year or more to play as a tabletop game, and so it's a long term commitment to play on a forum. I'll be reviewing whether to wrap up the story or press on towards the end of each chapter (we press on if at least one player wants to). If the whole campaign is played though, it'll likely take 5-6 years.
Last time I ran it chapter one went awesomely, and took a full year, then things slowed down and we never completed the second chapter. It was still great though!

Sorry about that Dave. I'll be taking a look at that shortly, after I get enough 7th ed Occupation templates completed ( ~36 completed so far, maybe 10 more for the first batch).
