Aunties house
Re: Aunties house
To start this adventure.
All of you live in 1925 Arkham for one reason or another.
One of our characters a Carl Roxburg receives this letter on June 12th 1925.
Dear Nephew,
I am sorry about the delay in responding to your letter, but I have been busy
settling into my new house. You remember, it is the house I won in that wonderful
contest a short time ago.
At first I was very pleased about wining the house, but now I am a bit worried. I
was told by one of my neighbors, Zeke Williams, that the house is located on an
ancient Indian burial site. He said that the Indians worshiped some awful spirit and
did terrible things, at least until the English put a stop to it. Being a practical person,
I paid no heed to the dark history of this place. After all, what can the dead do?
But then I began hearing noises at night. The other night I even saw a ghostly
figure outside my bedroom window! Although I have never placed any stock in the
supernatural, I am fast on my way to becoming a believer. I am indeed sorry about
not taking your hobbies in this area more seriously.
I hate to trouble you, but would you mind doing your old aunt a favor? Would
you come to visit me and see what you can do about the situation? I hope this is all
some sort of elaborate joke, but I am an old woman, all alone and I am afraid.
I have enclosed the address and directions and can help you with air fare if need
be.
Love,
Aunt Sandra
Attached with the letter is a photo of his Aunt when she was younger and a photograph of her new house.

Re: Aunties house
Sounds interesting. Do you need new characters or to fill the role that someone left?

Hi Kouchpotato,
I'm a new player and brand new to these boards. OK if I join in with the fun? Also, what system/character rules are you using? Thanks.
I've just realised how old this post is. Silly me!
