One of the players is having to leave my pulp noir style game New York Baby and im looking for someone to take over his character - a sleazy cop investigating a mysterious murder in Red Hook. the threads not too far in so it would be fairly easy to catch up. anyone interested?

make up as much xtra background as you want if it helps.

2 minor things. we,ve changed the name of the character to Jack Mulligan, which is catchier, and you need to take 15 points of his handgun skill and it to one thats not combat related.

you can catch up on the story by reading the red hook thread. try not to read any of the others if you can help it though, or if its too late, play as though you havent.

a hello in ooc followed by a character sheet in the cast of characters thread is fine. apart from your character being a journalist working in new york (preferably brooklyn) there are no restrictions as to what sort of person he is, background etc.

you should avoid reading the in character threads if possible as these contain spoilers. pm me if you have any questions

New York Baby needs new players, especially someone to take over the part of Harry Fisher, journalist for the Brooklyn Eagle. if you think you'd be interested please read the Brooklyn Eagle thread to see if it looks like your sort of thing. its a very new thread and would be very easy to get into.
