Interested in Trail of Cthulhu

Post by Sweeper »

I'm a longtime gamer who has been looking to try out a horror game and Cthulhu in particular for awhile. I feel in love with Gumshoe when a friend introduced me to it and would like to start there.

Is anyone looking to start a new ToC game?

Hi Sweeper and welcome to the community!

There seems to be no new games in the making for Trails. One ongoing is up here, though.
Grant´s
Or maybe you can run one as a Keeper?

I´m starting a new game in January-February but none of the three candidates is a Trail of Cthulhu one.

I've haven't played, much less run, either CoC or Gumshoe ever. I wanted to try out the systems before trying to run them.

OK, maybe you should try to join Tab´s Forbidden Journey, classic era game?
That way you can get a feel of the game.

See if he can squeeze you in, we´ve just started.
