Christopher Fontana

Christopher leaves drivers side door open but doesn't sit in the car, standing so that he can get a better view of the approaches to the studio.

Victor looks scared again, and agitated, as you speak of forcing open the safe: "Please don't take my money. Please. I don't have much, and how could I live without that?"

Cameron

"We don't care about your money" Cameron growls. "Now tell us how to open the safe and answer the damn questions".

He gestures with his gun, which he is still covering Victor with.

Victor covers his head and starts shaking, mumbling something that resembles a prayer in Spanish.

Cameron rolls his eyes.

"Oh, for crying out loud!" he says, exasperated. "Look Victor, it sounds like the people you're having a problem with are the same ones we want to know about. So if you talk to us, we can help you. You can't hide in here forever. We can get you to a safe place, but you better pull yourself together and start talking."

"We're not going to take your money, Victor," says Holly, trying to calm him down again. "All we want is the information that might be locked in the safe."

OOC,Using Reassurance.

"Wait, we aren't supposed to take his money?" Huang Yan frowned.

Cameron

“You’ll get paid, Huang Yan. Leave his money alone” says Cameron, with a warning note in his voice.

He turns back to Victor. “Stop wasting time Victor, someone might come. We’re the best chance you have, so start talking.”

Victor nods weakly and starts speaking again, looking at Holly: "Konovalov is a big Russian man, Brooks's bodyguard. He has thugs working for him. Violent people. Brooks and Leticia used to come here, from time to time, with some musicians, to record their songs. I have a couple of them in the safe, I've kept them in case they came looking for me again. I thought they might have kept me alive. I know they were planning an album, but I don't know if they actually completed it. I can open the safe for you, just please don't take my money".

Huang Yan steps aside. “Be my guest. I was just...joking. Of course. I do promise that I won’t take your money. But I do think perhaps taking a look at those records would be useful.”

Cameron looks at Holly.

“I suggest we open the safe, get those records and Victor’s money, and get out of here. We can talk to Victor someplace else. I don’t want to be here too long.”

Turning to Victor, he says “Victor, we can get you out of here. Just tell me one thing – are you being honest with us?”

Cameron doesn’t like to take chances.

Assess Honesty,Cameron will spend a point on this to ascertain that Victor isn't bluffing them.

"We're getting the money out so you can take it with you," Holly assures Victor. "We're not planning to come back here."

"Yep. As long as everything turns out alright, there should be absolutely no reason for us to return." Huang Yan said, backing up Holly.

Victor seems reluctant at first, then nods as he seems to understand he has no other choice. He walks to the safe and opens it, taking a handful of bills and a single record. Then he wears a pair of trousers and a shirt, and seems ready to follow you outside.

Christopher,Outside everything seems calm. You don't notice anything or anyone suspicious.

Cameron

“Can you take the record please, Doctor” Cameron says to Holly.

“Okay everyone, let’s get out of here. We can decide on a destination when we’re in the car and rolling out of here. Clarence, you lead. I’ll bring up the rear. Let’s stay alert.”

He’s tensed up, longing to be away from this place before Brooks comes calling.

Holly nods and takes the record. "We can listen to it later," she says.

"Agreed. It's for another time. Let's get out while we're at it." Huang Yan said.

Ian Morin

Ian follows the others to the car. He feels a little bad for Victor, but he understand that after what they experience the last days they have to be extremely cautious.

Christopher gets into the drivers seat as he sees the others begin to emerge and starts it up. "Who's our guest?" he asks as people start to get into their seats.
