From a mechanical point of view you are not, but of course feel free to narrate the lingering effects if you wish!

Also, feel free to try and track Scar and/or Dr Wessex. Using, predictably, the track skill. You can try to pick up tracks from the relative safety of the Toad camp.

If you fail, you can try entering the jungle to pick up the trail again (and another Track roll) but of course this does mean entering the jungle.
