Next turn we should go to Tel al-Amarna (a free local move not requiring an Action) so we can hopefully get Clues in Encounters there, then spend them to hunt more Cultists and finish the Mystery.

I'll have to take the 2 damage, since I can't afford to be Delayed. If I'd known I'd botch the Strength check and what was on the flip side of my Leg Injury, I'd have taken Sanity loss instead of Health from the Cultist, so from now on I'll have to take Sanity losses. I should be okay as long as I Rest each turn, especially as we're due for a non-Reckoning Mythos card, but I can't risk being Lead Investigator. I'll also Focus next turn and take the free move to Tel el-Amarna. Mark should go there too, and we can use a third player on the Egypt side board to get a Clue and have a location encounter so we can have a better chance of knocking out the second Mystery this turn if we're to have any chance of winning. Note that Rex can use the Ancient Tome to try to get a Clue if he can't get all the way to Tel el-Amarna (the Encounters there often gain us Clues).

Rex wants to stay at Arkham, finish the Star Spawn and close the Gate. Charlie will Travel to Rome to close the Gate and flip Cursed Tablet. Mark to Focus and Rest (at Tel el-Amarna).

Well Rex just went insane.

I forgot that he was so close to the edge, oh dear! I'll draw you another investigator tomorrow.

He lost 5 Sanity that round. Just bad luck on some rolls.

If we can get someone to him, a Exorcism (will check) can retreat the Doom by 3!!
