Is there a full list of skills along with base levels and descriptions? I'm not sure if I've seen them all.

Yes, there is, but you don't have aces to them. In runequest you have only acess to a selected group of skills. The idea is to avoid making a barbarian who can behave in a court or a civilized man who know everything about the wild.

Actually they are excelent. This site is much more generous than IC. And the rolls are realistic for someone from the stepes.
